Project background
This was a high-specification office fit-out of the top two floors of one of the seven glass towers designated for offices. It has a breathtaking view of the Mediterranean and is one of the most coveted addresses in Monte Carlo.
Challenges
The refurbishment called for electrical services to be run to all areas of the office, including director’s offices, meeting rooms and gym, and the floor box finish had to match the final floor colours. The design brief was to match the lavish, pure and modern style associated with the Monaco lifestyle.
Solution
Cableduct supplied Minima floor boxes with powder-coated black lids to ensure they were as unobtrusive and discreet as possible, while enabling power plugs and data points to be easily accessible in all spaces and open plan areas.
